2014 CATERPILLAR D8T, Dozers - Crawler, Our Cat D8T tractor, s/n FCT01263, was built new in 2014 and currently has 11,779 hours on it. This machine is equipped with enclosed cab, a/c, ripper hydraulics, 8SU blade with tilt, rear counterweight and 28 pads with 80% life remaining on the undercarriage. The engine was rebuilt at 7,500 hours and operates correctly as does the rest of the machine.While doing our arrival inspection, we discovered an engine oil pan leak and elected to install new engine rod and main bearings while the pan was off. Additionally, some of the other items we repaired include replacing hoses as needed, fixing any leaks, repairing the accumulator and replacing the blade lift cylinder bearings. Overall, the machine was in very good condition at the time of our purchase and required minimal attention. To finalize the machine, we cleaned, painted, installed new decals, detailed the machine and did a complete service.This Cat D8T will go straight to work upon arrival at the jobsite.
