ASTEC 300 TPH portable drum mix plant with the following components:
- Portable 300 TPH ASTEC counterflow drum mixer
- Long Nose Eco-Star 100 MBTU/HR burner
- Capable of up to 30% RAP
- Portable Astec 50,000 CFM Baghouse with overhead primary chamber and ducting
- Dust return system is included
- Portable Astec 4 Bin System with collecting conveyor
- Portable Astec Incline Weigh Conveyor with Screen Deck
- Portable Astec 2 Bin Recycle System
- Portable Astec Recycle Weigh Conveyor
- Stationary Astec control center with blending system & controls. Stansteel Accu Track Controls Installing New in 2019
- Stationary 300 TPH Drag Conveyor. Drag rebuilt in 2022
- Plant is setup for 480V 60Hz
NOTES: Plant was purchased in 2019 There were a good amount of spare and new parts included in the purchase, including a new chain for the drag. From 2019 to 2021 the plant was assembled and prepared to run. The new (2018) Stansteel control system was also installed in 2019. Plant last run and produced asphalt in December 2023 when it was replaced by a new ADM plant. Plant was fully operational until project was completed in 2023. Trunnions and drum tires were installed new in 2023.
No AC Tanks and No Silos Currently down on the ground, staged for loadout.
